"The Ode to Strangers" Bamboo Pear Sapphire Stud Earrings feature responsibly sourced genuine white sapphires set in a classic bamboo inspired setting and set with tiger claws. Handcrafted with precious metals using the traditional lost-wax casting technique. 

This unique piece was designed in partnership with humanitarian organization ALIMA as part of their Ode to Strangers initiative to fight the maternal health crisis in Sub-Saharan Africa. 50% of the proceeds from each purchase will power their life-saving programs for mothers.

Tapping into Africa’s rich tradition of storytelling, Ode to Strangers features true tales from generations of moms across the world who were helped by a stranger during a distressing moment in their life. Each account sheds light on the issues many ALIMA patients face today, and reminds viewers: You don’t need to be there to be there. You can be a stranger who cares.
