THE EBAN Adinkra Stud Earrings feature the Adinkra symbol Eban. Eban translates into “Fence". It is a represents safety, love and security. The fence symbolically protects family from the outside and represents the safety and security one finds in love. Adinkra symbols were originally created by the Bono people of Gyaman. They were named after the Gyaman King Nana Kwado Agyemang Adinkra. The symbols were later adopted into the proverbial lexicon of the Ashanti peoples of West Africa.
