THE SEYCHELLES Coin Necklace is handcrafted based on an authentic Seychelles coin with precious metals using the traditional lost-wax casting technique. The coin features the Seychelles Coat of Arms on one side and the Black Parrot on the reverse. The Seychelles Coat of Arms includes a shield with a giant tortoise, cocoon de mer palm tree, two islands and a sailboat. Behind it there is a blue sea with two islands and a sail ship. Two white sailfish hold the crest on either side and a white-tailed tropicbird tops it. The nations motto "Finis Coronat Opus" Latin for "The End Crowns the Work" can be found on the the ribbon below.
