THE SOUTH African Lily Coin Pendant is handcrafted based on an authentic South African coin with precious metals using the traditional lost-wax casting technique. The design features the South African coat of arms, and one of the nation's celebrated flowers the Arum Lily on the flip side. The date of issue 1994, is in commemoration of when Nelson Mandela took office as the nation's first post-apartheid president.
