The Ethiopian Cross is one of the most detailed of all crosses. Its intricate lattice work represents eternal life. The three parts that terminate its points represent the holy trinity, a common element Coptic Style crosses. Axum is one of the oldest, continually inhabited places in Africa, it is said to be the place where the Queen of Sheba brought the Arc of the Covenant after her famed meeting with King Solomon. The cross universally is a symbol of the crossroads, intersecting consciousnesses and dimensions, and the choices we make in life. Handcrafted with precious metals using the traditional lost-wax casting technique.
