THE BAULE Ring features three classic Baule bead designs; the Sun, the Sun and Moon, and the Door. Baule people are an Akan people found primarily in the Ivory Coast. They are known for their history of resisting colonization, the intra-African trade of luxury goods, and agricultural fortitude.
