Operations Coordinator - Omi Woods
Type: Contract
Start Date: Feb 11th, 2021
Omi Woods is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator for its fine and demi-fine jewelry line based in Toronto, Canada. The Operations Co-ordinator will report directly to the CEO.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in retail and/or operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Keep track of inventory from suppliers, finishers, and goldsmiths
- Keeping track of shipping supplies and other packaging materials
- Knowledge and familiarity with inventory management software recommended
- Ensure consistent stock of orders and supplies
Assembling, Packing, and Shipping
- Basic Assembly of Jewelry
- Packing jewelry for shipping
- Dropping jewelry off to couriers and local post offices
Picks Ups/ Runs
- Picking up and dropping off jewelry with jewellers and casters in jewelry district
Other Tasks as they May Arise

Assembling, Packing, and Shipping
- Basic Assembly of Jewelry

- Prepping jewelry for packing and shipping
- Dropping jewelry off to couriers and local post offices
